The purpose of Rumia Invest Park Sp. z o.o. is to meet the needs of the local community through creating an environment conducive to business activation, attracting new investments that will create new jobs, promoting the Municipality of Rumia and running other activities relevant to development of the City of Rumia.
In particular, the company will pursue the goals referred to above through acquiring – in the form of non-monetary contributions to be made by shareholders, as well as through acquiring from third parties – land properties located within the Municipality of Rumia, necessary for the formation of an investment park, through selling the properties referred to above to entrepreneurs who intend to undertake a business at the investment park, as well as through running the investment park administration and management.
