Legal status

Rumia Invest Park Sp. z o.o. was established by the Mayor of the City of Rumia on 7 April 2017. The company was registered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, the VIII Business Department of the National Court Register as entry no 0000674167.

The company is based in Rumia.

The Municipality of Rumia holds 100% of shares in the company share capital amounting to PLN 32.617.100,00. The Rumia Invest Park Sp. z o.o. authorities include: the Shareholders’ Assembly, The Supervisory Board and the Management Board.

The Rumia Invest Park Sp. z o.o. activities are governed by the following legal acts:

  • The legislation
  • The founding act
  • Resolution no XXXII/380/2017 of the City Council of Rumia, dated 9 February 2017, on giving the consent to the Municipality of Rumia to establish a commercial company named Rumia Invest Park Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (a limited liability company) and on the Municipality of Rumia to make a monetary and non-monetary contribution for the coverage of the a/m company share capital.
